A pharmaceutical company in Evanston is looking for a part-time Project Coordinator. This position supports the Client Services team, which is engaged in delivering superior client service and digital projects. The focus of this position is on day-to-day project support, from launch through delivery, including project planning, virtual event execution, customer support, and post-project reporting.

This position supports after-hours events in the US as well as events in all global regions. Normal work hours are 12:00pm-8:00pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This position also supports virtual events occurring in global regions that can happen over any time of the day, including late night and early morning hours.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Teamwork with other members of the Client Services to deliver excellent projects.
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual meetings.
  • Work in tandem with Project Managers.
  • Work effectively with Finance, Account Development, Technology Services and other teams.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients requesting project-related support.
  • Ensure necessary follow-up on quality issues and maintain a customer-oriented manner.

Skills and Aptitudes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple teams
  • Proactive problem solving for client projects and internal processes
  • Excellent client service skills, including prompt response to client requests
  • Effectively work in both individual and team environments
  • Positive, can-do attitude; maintained in high pressure situations
  • Be flexible and efficient, providing client deliverables at a high-level of accuracy, oftentimes at a quick-turn around
  • Strong technical aptitude, both hardware and software

Background & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
