Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with plans to convert to a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Guidewire PolicyCenter, focusing on commercial auto, umbrella, and property insurance lines.
• Enhance existing product lines and manage projects related to third-party vendor integrations and filing with both static and dynamic forms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage project timelines with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst (BA).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and familiarity with XML and JSON.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial insurance.
• Experience with product ownership or product management.
