Beacon Hill is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter for a reputable company in Atlanta, GA. This role is key in attracting diverse, world-class talent and driving organizational improvement by identifying, hiring, and retaining a highly skilled workforce. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will serve as a consultative partner to business lines, designing effective sourcing strategies.

This is a hybrid role Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the recruiting and selection process for assigned business lines, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, post-interview debriefs, creating compensation quotes, and extending and negotiating offers.
  • Consult with business lines on passive talent sourcing strategies, expectations, timelines, deliverables, and other components of the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Advise business lines on recruiting issues, including the appropriateness of proposed offers such as salary, sign-on bonuses, and relocation packages.
  • Recommend candidates to business line management based on an analysis of departmental needs and candidate skills.
  • Establish credible and influential relationships with hiring managers, leveraging SLAs to set and manage expectations around goals, strategies, processes, roles, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Utilize various technologies to attract and source talent, ensure accurate applicant tracking and data management, and manage critical metrics.
  • Navigate and manage complex ATS and HCM systems/applications with impeccable data integrity.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on career coaching, job search techniques, resume writing, and interview and selection training to internal and external audiences.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience required, 5 years preferred.
    • Workday experience required.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources.
  • Advanced internet research techniques.
  • Strong advisory skills for client interactions.
