- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Pre-screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct background checks, negotiate offers, and maintain ATS records.
- Build a candidate network and lead job fairs.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Act as the main contact for Hiring Managers.
- Review timesheets for payroll accuracy.
- Handle benefits administration and employee records.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and general HR admin tasks.
- Contribute to HR projects and other assigned duties.
Time Allocation:
- Recruitment: 60%
- Onboarding: 10%
- Benefits: 10%
- Admin: 10%
- Projects: 10%
