Beacon Hill is seeking a qualified candidate for a Temporary Research Assistant role in Miami, FL. This is a four-day contract opportunity for a well-known, highly esteemed university. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting literature reviews, data collection and analysis, preparing grant and review materials, and managing communications. They also recruit and interview subjects, maintain confidential records, supervise undergraduate researchers, attend meetings, and summarize project results.

Daily Duties:

• Conduct literature reviews, collect and analyze data, and summarize findings for the research project.
• Prepare and submit materials for grants, human subjects committee reviews, and other necessary approvals.
• Recruit and interview subjects, maintain confidentiality, and manage related documentation.
• Supervise and support undergraduate researchers and manage project-related communications, including email and website updates.
• Attend meetings, summarize project results, and prepare reports, presentations, and budget updates for the faculty researcher and funding agencies.

Ideal candidate:

• Academic and work experience related to the field of research, as defined by the supervisor/lead researcher
• Experience with specialized software or datasets, as required by the supervisor
• Satisfactory academic progress, as defined by the supervisor
