Our client, a national research organization is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join their team. In this role, the HR Coordinator will provide essential administrative support for onboarding a high volume of hires across the United States. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR team and gain experience in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including initiating background checks and E-Verify.
- Maintain and organize onboarding paperwork, audit employee transactions, and process rehires, pay changes, and terminations.
- Assist with job postings and removals as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting/HR, with a focus on onboarding non-exempt hires.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ADP, background checks, and E-Verify.
- 1+ year of experience managing high-volume hiring processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
