This role will report to the Creative Director of Copy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with brand and marketing strategists, art directors, and project teams in an Agile environment to quickly produce personalized, on-brand communications
- Quickly absorb creative briefs, ask questions, and create ideas that address unique marketing challenges
- Work both collaboratively with team members and independently to execute cross-channel initiatives
- Understand and address the needs of different audiences, from high-school students to parents to retirees
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of copywriting experience within an in-house or external ad agency; experience creating multi-channel campaigns is a must
- Supporting multiple projects for a variety of partners; subject to constantly evolving priorities
- Working knowledge of social, digital, and email marketing best practices
- An innovative spirit and willingness to test and learn
- Ability to use performance metrics to refine your work to improve results
- An open mind and respectful communication style for our friendly, diverse, and inclusive culture
- Expert in creative concepting and integrated campaign development
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
