Beacon Hill Legal is working on multiple opportunities for experienced construction associates. Qualified candidates will have at least three (3) years of on-point or related experience with construction or commercial real estate litigation and transactions. Additional experience with arbitration and contract negotiation and drafting is highly preferred.
Candidates must possess excellent attention to detail, strong research and writing abilities, and should be intellectually curious. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Georgia, or eligible to waive in; excellent law school credentials are required.
