Our client, an international consulting firm, is looking to add a part-time DEI Communications Strategist to their team. This role would be 10-20 hours a week and would be remote working EST hours. This will start off as a 6-month contract with potential to extend. Open to working with someone that is in a full-time role and looking for additional work.
Strategy:
- Partner with team to create DE&I Comms goals, strategy, and plan for 2024-2025
- Partner with team to create a 2024-2025 DE&I Comms campaign to facilitate our reach inclusively across all local offices and all work types (in-person/hybrid/remote)
- Building out a campaign for 2025 on one theme connected to our roadmap that will be critical to our progress
- Identifying how we best leverage the communication channels we have to impart this information to the organization
- Framing our goals and roadmap clearly for the organization
Content development/editing:
- Create copy and provide design support for firmwide heritage months/cultural celebrations
- Create copy and provide design support for firmwide DEI speaker series
- Provide design support for DEI presentations to senior staff and other target audiences
- Provide design support for firmwide DEI updates
