A company in southeast Austin is looking to bring on an Accounts Payable Clerk to their accounting team! This is a fully in-office role paying $25-33/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilties:
Process invoices against purchase orders, reviewing for pricing and sales tax
Issue purchase orders
Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors
Work with team to ensure all purchaser are requesting purchase orders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Experience with high volume transactions
