Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Marketing Coordinator to join our client's marketing team on a contract basis. This role will play a critical part in the lead-up to an upcoming event by managing administrative tasks and facilitating the coordination of a logo outreach initiative. The primary focus will be on outreach to top customer accounts to gain approval for using their logos. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and effective communication with senior and executive-level customer contacts.

Location: Fully Onsite - Bloomington, MN

Duration: 2-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily management of the logo outreach program, including tracking and managing logo approvals, sourcing company logos, and updating usage across various tools (Excel, SharePoint).

Partner with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to identify top customer accounts and ensure cohesive execution of outreach.

Develop and maintain an Excel sheet to manage and track outreach to up to 500 top accounts across different geographies.

Ensure adherence to the preferences of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and segments. Manage corresponding logo data in SharePoint.

Communicate directly with senior and executive-level customer contacts to request logo usage and approvals.

Provide administrative support to the marketing team in the lead-up to the event, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows.

Assist with the planning and execution of the event, including executive programs, activations, speaker management, panel content coordination, and other related tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a marketing or customer advocacy role is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior and executive-level customers.

Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams simultaneously.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- A minimum of five years of business experience working directly with senior/executive customers.
