• Develops and executes recruiting strategies for various company positions, focusing on plant floor roles.
• Utilizes advanced recruiting tools and sources to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Collaborates with hiring and HR managers to create strategies for filling talent gaps.
• Builds partnerships with business units to understand their needs and match candidate qualifications.
• Gains insight into business units, including their customers, competitors, products, markets, and key metrics, to assist with talent placement.
• Conducts phone and in-person interviews, referring qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Presents job offers by highlighting the company's values, strengths, and opportunities.
• Works with the HR team to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring and onboarding process, and communicates successful solutions.
• Maintains professional relationships and networks to gain insights and referrals.
• Stays updated on recruiting best practices to recommend and implement process improvements.
• Keeps detailed records of requisition status, candidate evaluations, and selection decisions, and optimizes use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Understands and applies company HR policies, programs, and procedures.
• Contributes to special projects and other assigned tasks as needed.
