We are working with a great client located in Geneva, IL who is looking for a Sales Support Customer Service representative to a cover an upcoming medical leave. The idea candidate has experience with the order fulfillment process, collaborating with multiple teams, and handling all customer orders. This is a contract role with the potential to turn into a permanent position. This role is onsite with the hours of 8-5pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

· High interaction with customers via phone, email, and in person

· Updates customers of their order status regularly, including confirming the order and expected ship date

· Maintain/update customer profiles in system as needed

· Order handling duties including order entry, status updates, preparation of shipped orders and selecting orders

· Expediting order through system

· Processing customer resumes, complaints, and make/hold requests

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of related experience within customer service or sales support

· Associate's degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school preferred.

· High communication skills both verbal and written

· Conflict resolution skills while projecting a professional, positive, can-do attitude when dealing with customers and internal employees.

· Ability to work with a sense of urgency while working on multiple projects simultaneously

· Software proficiency in MS Office Suite; Salesforce and Crystal Reporting are a plus. Ability to work with all tools after training
