Beacon Hill is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Suwanee, GA. This on-site role, requiring presence five days a week, is integral to the HR team and manages key aspects of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating job descriptions, posting job openings, and screening resumes, which is crucial in driving the organization's talent acquisition efforts.

Daily Duties:

• Update job descriptions, post openings, and screen resumes.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews efficiently.

• Facilitate new hire orientation for all employees.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and support special projects.

Ideal candidate:

• An associate's degree in HR or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently.
• 1 to 2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Demonstrates high discretion and confidentiality.
