Beacon Hill is seeking a qualified candidate for a Talent Acquisition Assistant role in Atlanta, GA. This is a contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating and scheduling a high volume of interviews for candidates globally, ensuring timely arrangements, and handling frequent schedule changes with expertise in Outlook. This position is on-site five days a week.

Daily Duties:

• Send interview invitations, schedule interviews for local and international candidates, and offer ongoing support for candidate inquiries throughout the process.

• Ensure interviews are arranged promptly and efficiently.
• Handle and resolve any schedule changes.
• Coordinate logistics and facilities for on-site and virtual interviews, working closely with local office contacts and managing platforms like Vidyo and WebEx.
• Prepare and organize interview materials, including schedules and resumes, and set up virtual interviews as needed.

Ideal candidate:

• Over two years of experience in administrative or HR support roles.

• Extensive experience using MS Outlook, especially for calendar management and scheduling.
• Over one year of experience working with an HRIS or applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
