A hospitality company in north Houston is looking for an HR Director to join their team! They're looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills who's eager to help the company grow This is a fully in-office role paying $100-120k depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and training/development
- Recruit and hire new staff
- Maintain Palocity
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- 5+ years of HR Management experience
