HRIS Manager

This key leader will oversee the HRIS team in managing and administering the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment, including coordinating system patch upgrades, enhancing processes, and streamlining activities to benefit the business. They will ensure proper governance for HR and Talent teams during each quarterly patch upgrade, maintain accurate security permissions and profiles, and provide end-user and administrator support and training.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as an HRIS Manager with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, managing 1-3 direct reports and 1-8 senior level HCM consultants.
• 7+ years as an HRIS Techno/Functional Analyst with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM; strong SDLC knowledge with Agile; basic SQL understanding preferred; advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to work remotely, attend virtual calls, travel to Houston, TX, and adapt to varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to excellence and developing a high-performing team, with a focus on leading, energizing, and mentoring team members to meet business needs.
• Strong work ethic, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills for evaluating and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision.
• Deep understanding of HR and Talent products, functions, and processes, along with the ability to comprehend technical documentation and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
