Beacon Hill is a proud partner to a reputable Manufacturer in Green Bay, WI. We are currently hiring a Deductions Cash Applications Associate.

Responsibilities/Duties

The responsibilities of the Deductions Cash Applications Associate are, but are not limited to:

• Prepare, apply, and process all US and CN exception lockbox transactions (non-auto posted), including EDI, miscellaneous cash, manual and bank adjustments, and scanning and attaching necessary backup documentation.

• Gather and organize deduction backup from customers via website, email, or phone.

• Maintain electronic storage files containing various support documents and templates needed for processing deductions.

• Accurately match authorized deductions to planned promotions, issue customer credits for valid claims, and submit repayment requests for unauthorized claims.

• Responsible for researching and resolving all types of deductions in accordance with established policies and authorization limits.

• Collaborate with Deductions and Cash Application Analysts on data analysis, reporting, and KPI-related tasks.

• Maintain a reconciliation mindset for balance resolution, ensuring completeness.

• Cross-train to support OTC in all areas as needed based on volume.

Requirements

• 2+ years of SAP experience
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong data entry, written and verbal communication skills
