Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience with:
• Laptop and docking stations deployments and troubleshooting: This client uses Dell laptops and Dell docking stations
• Basic network troubleshooting: making sure network and VPN are connected
• Windows 10
• Microsoft 365
• Imaging: This client uses MECM but any imaging tool okay
• Strong customer service skills and patience
• Lift equipment that weighs up to 50 pounds
• Have a valid California Driver's License, Class C

Responsibilities: Seeking an individual to perform a wide range of advanced system support duties in a support desk/applications/desktop/field environment. Candidate would provide effective support for enterprise, client/server, desktop computer systems, network systems and business applications along with providing information technology support to clients specific applications.

• Has a total of 800 work from home laptops and cradle points (hardware VPN) to deploy. Will be disassembling current PC set up and then working with end user to set up WFH laptop.
• 3 scheduled appointments a day to connect with 1 end user per appointment to teach them how to set up laptop, docking station, and cradle point at home and connect to network. End user will go home and set up their station, if needed they will call the client to have them help troubleshoot it. All of these process are documented to follow along with.
• Manager has "pre-meeting" with end users so they understand a technician will be coming onsite to work with them to set up laptop/cradle point and the benefit behind it.
• Will start at Prospect Park location but will travel out to other sites. They will be reimbursed for milage.
• 1 week on of doing scheduled end user appointments, 1 week off of setting up PC's and doing monitor deployment. Will provide remote troubleshoot support if needed.
