Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:
Our client is looking to hire a senior technical lead for their platform team. This person will have a very hands-on technical role, but will also be responsible for leading the team, directing the project vision, delegating tasks, and helping with the large technical problems. Our client is looking for someone that can come into the role and hit the ground running. They need to have strong technical experience in both Java software development, devops and architecture/design. This person will not be working directly on a product team so they will not be doing the day-to-day architecture but will have a major influence in the decisions during daily standup meetings. They will be working on FinOps projects and major system upgrades along with maintaining and supporting the current platforms.
