Beacon Hill is seeking a highly qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Cumming, GA. This on-site role, requiring presence five days a week, is integral to the HR team and manages critical aspects of the recruitment process. This role focuses on attracting, evaluating, and referring candidates using diverse sourcing methods, such as recruiting websites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and search firms.
Daily Duties:
- Create and publish job advertisements.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Reach out to candidates to evaluate their suitability and schedule interviews.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
- Implement onboarding plans for new hires.
- Ensure timely and effective filling of open positions.
- Actively seek out top talent and engage their interest.
- Promote company opportunities to a broader workforce.
- Monitor and manage job boards, maintain a social media presence, and participate in job fairs.
Ideal candidate:
- Six years of relevant experience.
- Construction industry preferred.
- Proficient in developing recruiting plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
