Our client, a commercial stage pharmaceutical company, is conducting a search for a Sr Human Resources Analyst. This role will support both L&D programming and HR Business Partner activities, in partnership with a Sr Director of HR.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring systems, processes, data, and documentation are managed for assigned activities for the Learning and Development program with the Program Lead. In addition, the Sr. HR Analyst will provide support for full-cycle recruitment and employee life-cycle activities for assigned client groups. As a member of the HR Operations team, the Sr. HR Analyst will work collaboratively to ensure company policies, programs, processes and guidelines are closely followed to ensure there is a well-managed experience for candidates and employees. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a data-driven and complex organization to support a growing and fast-paced organization.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of HR experience
  • Experience administering learning & development programs
  • Reporting, systems & Excel proficiency
