We are working with an established, 35-year-old Corporate and Real Estate boutique law firm located in Addison, Texas (just north of Dallas), in their search for a 12+ years Commercial Real Estate Attorney for an Of Counsel or Partner level role.
Experience should include representing real estate owners, developers, managers, investors, or brokers in the following types of transactions:
-Acquisition, sale, development, finance, and/or use of commercial real estate, including commercial, mixed-use, or multifamily real estate
-Complete understanding of the issues involved in the due diligence of various interests in real estate
-Comfort with financial / accounting issues related to commercial real estate
