Well-established Atlanta company is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team. This is a permanent, direct-hire position in an organization where employees stay for years!
This Corporate Legal Assistant will assist with a variety of legal administrative and paralegal work involving corporate governance and corporate transactional matters. Responsibilities will include:
- Drafting legal documents
- Performing research and due diligence
- Assisting with corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions and dispositions
- Secretary of State filings
- Maintaining corporate records, minute books, annual reports and consents
To be considered, Corporate Legal Assistant must have at least five years of experience supporting corporate attorneys as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. Successful candidates will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to priority and multitask, superior communication skills, attention to detail and the flexibility to wear different hats on different days! 4-year degree or Paralegal Certificate required.
