AV-Rated Marital and Family Law Firm seeking full-time experienced Family Law paralegal. Must have at least 5 years experience as a family law paralegal. Must be familiar with all aspects of marital and family law including divorce, child custody, and litigation. Ideal candidate will have above average grammar, writing and typing skills. We're searching for a professional with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and to work independently but still be an integral part of the team.

Must possess strong interpersonal and client interaction skills. Will be responsible for drafting various legal documents and correspondence required. Must be well-organized, self-starter, detail-oriented, ability to work well under pressure, and excellent multi-tasking and time management skills. Prefer an individual who demonstrates the ability to accomplish tasks with limited supervision, trial preparation and trial experience a must and in depth knowledge of legal terminology and principals.

REQUIREMENTS:

-5+ years of Florida Family Law experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting.

-Excellent computer skills, including use of MS Office platform, Time Matters, TimeSlips, Adobe Acrobat Standard.

-Paralegal certificate and bachelor's degree preferred.

-Bilingual a plus.

ONLY experienced paralegals with the requisite family law experience will be considered.
