Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Collections Specialist? Our clients, located near SODO and in Bellevue, are actively seeking skilled professionals for temp-to-perm positions.

As a key member of a dynamic team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing phone calls and emails
• Assisting local employees and customers with A/R, credit, and collections needs while delivering top-notch customer service
• Releasing and verifying the accuracy of credit orders
• Communicating effectively with vendors and branch managers
• Handling auto-generated credit statements and notary requirements (training provided)
• Posting invoices to the General Ledger and processing check payments in the ERP system

To be considered, you should have:

• At least 1 year of A/R or Collections experience with quick and accurate ten-key skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel
• A strong commitment to excellent customer service
