Position Summary:
The Audit Operations Specialist is responsible for auditing all deliveries to ensure each product meets specified quality standards and expectations. This role involves the timely and accurate auditing of devices, including commercial, trial, and warranty units. The Audit Operations Specialist should demonstrate adherence to established engagement guidelines and quality standards.
Position Responsibilities:
- Audit each delivery and every unit received, including commercial, trial, and warranty units.
- Capture and document errors, working with partners to improve quality and performance.
- Review and follow protocols and procedures to audit units for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including privacy and data protection standards.
- Adhere to all departmental procedures, processes, and workflows.
- Promote and follow department and company methodologies, such as the 5S Methodology.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Core Competencies, Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with Salesforce software.
- Familiarity with Apple devices.
- Ability to learn and understand technology.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately interpret information and its impact on operational workflows.
- Ability to maintain inspection reports and effectively communicate findings.
Position Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Associate degree preferred but not required.
- +2 years of experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
Physical, Time, Presence & Other Requirements:
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment. The role may involve lifting and carrying small parcels and packages and walking short distances.
- This is a full-time, exempt position requiring an average of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
