Key Responsibilities

- Performance Management: Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
- Policy Development: Offer HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal standards.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Organizational Development: Work closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
