Summary
The HR Director is responsible for leading and managing the human resources department to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company's mission and objectives. The HR Director serves as a key link between management and employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Manage compensation, benefits, health and safety, and other HR-related matters.
- Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring effective HR operations and adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
- Act as a point of contact for employment relations, handling grievances, and mediating conflicts.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
