Beacon Hill is a proud partner to a reputable Manufacturerin Indiana. We are currently hiring a Finance Manager.
Responsibilities/Duties
The responsibilities of the Finance Manager are, but are not limited to:
- Financial Control - someone with some pure accounting knowledge and experience.
- Planning and Analysis - strong background with reporting and interpreting data
- Business Support
- Assist in the monthly financial reporting process for Defence, including posting journals, preparing actuals and forecast schedules, and providing supporting commentary and variance analysis.
- Deliver business partner services as needed.
- Support the development and upkeep of the Strategic Plan, Five-Year Plan, in-year forecasts, and the identification of opportunities, threats, and levers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related
- Experience in the Manufacutring industry
- 4+ years of management experience
- Strong data entry, written and verbal communication skills
