Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retirement Plan Specialist to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. This role focuses on processing loans and distributions for 401(k) clients, making it an excellent entry level opportunity for individuals interested in a career in finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process loans and distributions for 401(k) clients accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their retirement planning needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Utilize strong mathematical skills for amortizations and financial calculations.
- Engage in continuous learning to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Schedule:
- Flexible work schedule with core hours from 9 AM to 3 PM.
- This role is fully onsite, no remote options
