Here's the scoop:
What You'll Do:
- Team up with attorneys to tackle high-stakes litigation cases
- Review, organize, and summarize key documents
- Prep witness files and assist with expert witnesses
- Provide trial support and travel throughout Florida when needed
- File documents using CM/ECF systems in Florida federal and state courts
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of litigation experience (you're a pro at trial prep and support!)
- In-depth knowledge of Florida's legal rules and procedures
- Ready to travel and attend trials across the Sunshine State
