Join Our Team as a Payroll Specialist!

Are you a detail-oriented numbers whiz with a passion for accuracy? We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic Payroll Specialist to keep our payroll operations running smoothly. If you thrive on precision and love working with data, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:

• Process weekly payroll info and manage multi-state payroll with Workday.
• Review, audit, and adjust timesheets to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with vendors on wage garnishments, insurance, and taxes.
• Conduct weekly audits and provide payroll reports to management.
• ️ Handle stop payments, manual checks, and system updates with ease.
• Be the go-to person for pay policy inquiries and build positive relationships with our team.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.
• Work closely with HR and Finance to budget and forecast payroll expenses.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of payroll experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
• ️ Proven experience with Workday is preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!

What We Offer:

• This is a fully onsite position at our Raleigh facility, conveniently located near the airport.
• ⏰ Regular hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, with some (limited) flexibility for working from home possible after 90 days of employment.
