Beacon Hill is seeking a highly qualified Franchise Administrator for a contract opportunity in Atlanta, GA. The individual in this role will manage the renewal process of expired agreements. This includes reviewing contracts, identifying agreements that require renewal, and ensuring all necessary steps are taken to process renewals promptly and efficiently. This is a hybrid role for a great company with a fantastic culture.
Daily Duties:
- Process expired agreements and ensure timely renewals
- Review and analyze agreement terms and conditions
- Communicate with clients or internal teams regarding agreement renewals
- Update and maintain accurate records of agreement statuses
- Identify opportunities for improvements in the renewal process
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during renewals
Ideal candidate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in managing documentation and records
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
