Beacon Hill is working closely with a highly sophisticated, fully remote, boutique IP law firm seeking an experienced patent prosecution associate attorney. Qualified candidates will have at least three (3) years of experience with robotics, semiconductor design and manufacture, or related technology, and will have worked in a related field before law school. Degrees in electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering are required, and a PhD is highly preferred.
This firm has a very reasonable billable hour requirement, strong compensation and bonus opportunities, and excellent benefits.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate, masters, and PhD (preferred) in electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering
- Licensure to practice before United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO)
- At least three (3) years of on point patent drafting and patent prosecution experience
- Research and Development experience with robotics and/or semiconductors, specifically design and manufacturing
