My client, a growing SaaS firm, is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. In this role you will oversee management of financial statements in accordance with GAAP, prepare forecast and budget data, analyses & prepare key financial schedules/deliverable and assist in other special reporting projects as needed. This role is instrumental as the firm continues to grow just closing funding for their Series B. You will report to the COO who has built the team and is now hiring for this role. In this position you will provide strategic financial leadership by identifying trends and potential business opportunities, set financial performance targets, manage budge, forecast and KPI reporting to support the overall corporate strategy. Additionally, you will establish policies and accounting procedures, manage operational and treasury activity, including meeting short and long term funding needs. . You will also oversee the preparing of financial statement, including balance sheet, P&L, and Cash Flows. A minimum of 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance is required and SaaS/Startup experience ideal. 4 days minimum onsite in the office is required as this is imperative to build the collaboration of the leadership team in order to execute the goals If you are excited about joining a growing a firm and having a impact on the future of the company, please apply accordingly.
