The Atlanta office of a prominent national law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of law firm experience. Join a successful team handling a diverse range of business and commercial litigation matters

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research
• Managing calendars and deadlines
• Assisting with discovery processes
• Preparing deposition materials and summaries, including notebooks
• Reviewing documents and evidence
• Interviewing witnesses
• Drafting various legal documents
• Creating and maintaining case chronologies
• Developing organizational tracking systems for large document collections
• E-filing with courts
• Preparing for and attending depositions, arbitrations, trials, and hearings

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with litigation support software (e.g., Summation, Concordance)
