Beacon Hill Legal is excited to represent a prestigious defense law firm in Tampa, seeking a dynamic Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of Insurance Defense experience. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in supporting clients and attorneys by delivering top-tier, billable work while handling an engaging and fast-paced caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in managing client documents, including electronic data, while identifying critical documents relevant to each case.
• Dive deep into litigation, criminal, and civil background checks, securing authenticated records to build a solid case.
• Take ownership of document production, including bates labeling and redacting sensitive information, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Be an essential part of trial prep, managing exhibits, witness lists, subpoenas, and attending witness prep meetings, all while keeping things running smoothly at trial.
• Utilize your research skills to efficiently navigate the firm's electronic resources, keeping multiple assignments and deadlines on track without missing a beat.
• Showcase your expertise by summarizing medical records and bills, and crafting detailed medical chronologies and bill summaries.
• Be the communication bridge between clients, carriers, and counsel, fostering collaboration in a team-centric atmosphere.
• Work closely with expert witnesses, managing their selection, qualifications, and acting as a liaison to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Review and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission for processing with the Accounting department.
