We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician with 5+ years of relevant technical experience to join our team in the Aerospace & Defense industry. This is a hands-on position responsible for avionics installation, electrical troubleshooting, and wiring repair in aircraft systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work with wiring diagrams, technical schematics, and manuals.
- Perform avionics installation, wiring terminations, soldering, and crimping techniques.
- Troubleshoot electrical and avionics systems.
- Use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrometers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Must have own tools in good working condition.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (outdoor elements, loud environments).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the aerospace, defense, or military sectors.
- Knowledge of FCC/FCC GROL, FAA regulations, or hazardous materials handling.
