Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate

Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate for a law firm's downtown Manhattan office. This is a fully in-office role with a salary ranging from $90,000-$150,000

This person should have at least 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney and courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with attorneys to guide clients seamlessly through each stage of their case, from inception to trial.
• Foster and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel through exceptional communication and conduct.
• Manage a substantial caseload, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare necessary documents for court appearances, pleadings, depositions, and trial preparations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant software applications; experience with Filevine is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in managing case information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor in interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with a readiness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Commitment to discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Education and Experience:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law is essential.
• Must be licensed to practice in New York.
