Blue Sky Corporate Paralegal - Hybrid
Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Corporate Paralegal for a major law firm based in Midtown Manhattan. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.
This person should have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a mid to large-sized law firm. This person should be experienced in corporate governance, SEC filings, and Blue Sky.
The salary for this role will range between $80,000-$125,000.
Responsibilities:
- Draft closing agenda, corporate resolutions, closing certificates, and assignments
- Assemble, catalog, and assist attorneys in analyzing due diligence.
- Maintain corporate and stock records.
- Draft and file SEC, Blue Sky, and UCC filings.
- Entity Formation
- Draft and file annual reports.
- Draft and file documents for qualifications, mergers, conversions, and dissolutions.
Qualifications:
- BA required; paralegal certificate preferred
- 3+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience in a mid to large law firm
- Experienced in corporate governance, SEC filings, and Blue Sky preferred
