Sr. Finance Paralegal - Hybrid
Beacon Hill is searching for a Finance Paralegal for a major law firm's Midtown Manhattan office. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.
This person should have at least 10 years of experience in a major law firm preparing closing documents, attending closings, and preparing UCC filings. The salary for this role will range from $90,000-$140,000.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review closing documents (notes, purchase schedules, certificates, etc)
- Track all client deliverables
- Preparing closing statements and checklists
- Coordinate and attend closings
- Prepare and file UCCs
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience as a Finance Paralegal or similar
- BA required
- Notary license preferred
