Corporate Securities Paralegal - Hybrid
Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Corporate Securities Paralegal for an investment firm. This is a hybrid role based in midtown Manhattan.
This person should have at least 2 years of Corporate Securities Paralegal experience including experience in corporate governance, SEC filings, and drafting contracts. The salary for this role will range from $75,000-$95,000.
Responsibilities:
- Form corporate entities and maintain corporate entities
- Prepare materials for board meeting and prepare minutes
- Prepare and file SEC documents
- Draft contracts and maintain contracts throughout their lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience as a Corporate Securities Paralegal or similar
- Experience in corporate governance, SEC filings required
