Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Paralegal - Hybrid
Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a CRE Paralegal for a mid-sized law firm based in Syracuse, NY. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.
This person should have at least 3 years of CRE Paralegal experience. They should also have experience with the full transaction process from initial review to closing. The salary for this role will range from $65,000-$85,000 DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Review purchase and sale agreements and prepare docketing memos and closing checklists
- Collect and review due diligence materials
- Prepare closing documents and settlement statements
- Review title evidence, surveys, zoning, and compliance issues
- Review underlying loan documentation, title documents, and prepare Loan assignment documents
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of CRE Paralegal experience
- BA and/or paralegal certificate preferred
