Our client, a media conglomerate, is seeking to hire a TTP 2^nd Assistant to the GC & CFO/COO. Hours are 9am - 6pm with an hour for lunch. Note this role does require someone to be in the office Monday - Friday. Successful candidate will approachable, and trustworthy. Must demonstrate the ability to handle competing priorities seamlessly and feel comfortable taking direction from the lead assistant to support two very senior level executives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide seamless administrative support: calendar management and meeting planning
• Arrange travel and coordinate reservations, hotels, and ground transportation
• Process expense reports in a timely manner
• Maintain meeting schedules and keep all executives on task with competing priorities
• Run errands
• Setup for meetings
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

• BA/BS required
• Seeking an administrative assistant with 3 years of experience in a corporate setting
• Strong MS Office experience, strong written/verbal communication skills, forward thinking, approachable, team oriented and ability to jump in at a moment's notice
