Litigator needed for Dallas office of premier firm! This associate must have two years of litigation experience and will support prominent partners in a wide range of commercial litigation, including class action, commercial, and financial restructuring matters. Proficiency with all stages of litigation is necessary, from drafting and responding to complaints, discovery, motion practice, and trials and appeals.
This is an elite firm that offers strong resources and a collegial environment, all while paying associates at the top of the market. Texas Bar required as well as top academics and at least two years' experience.
