Jira Solution Architect. Technical resource, who can config and code in Jira Software and confluence. Role will be in The Woodlands, TX (hybrid work - 2 days onsite).

Solution architect and a technical expert with Atlassian Cloud products and solutions, and the ability to deliver IT, PMO and business process re-engineering opportunities, who will drive technical design sessions and facilitate clear conversations with IT, business and technical teams to define project scope, expectations, and delivery, able to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Atlassian tools, provide overall thought leadership and best practice solutions in order to elevate implementation and organizational adoption.

Must Have Skills:

• Expertise with the Atlassian cloud product suite (Jira, Confluence, and others) and facilitate 3rd party add-ons (Script runner, Portfolio for Jira, Structure, Tempo, Insight, etc.)
• Hand-on experience in integrating Jira platform with other applications for various technical and business user cases.
• Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL and Agile Frameworks
• Technical understanding of common IT/Software/Cloud terms and tools
• Expertise with scripting languages like JavaScript, groovy, Webhooks, REST APIs and SQL
• Experience working in a dynamic, agile, and customer-facing environment.
• Experience in consulting and solution based professional services.
• Demonstrable ability to lead a group of highly intelligent, technology consulting and business domain professionals.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken
• Good to have Skills like Atlassian App or add-on development experience.
