Our client, an AmLaw200 firm, is seeking a 3+ Finance Associate Attorney to join their Tax Credit Group in Dallas.
This attorney will work on a wide range of transactions involving federal and state tax credits, with a focus on federal new markets tax credits, federal low-income housing tax credits, federal renewable energy tax credits and federal historic rehabilitation tax credits. The ideal candidate will have approximately 3-5 years of real estate transactional, finance or general tax experience with knowledge of partnership tax. Experience with tax credit transactions and government incentive programs are a plus, but not required.
