Patent Prosecution Paralegal - Hybrid
Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Patent Prosecution Paralegal for a major law firm based in lower Manhattan. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.
This person should have at least 4 years experience in a large or major law firm in preparing and filing patent applications, responding to office actions, and some docketing. The salary for this role will range from $105,000-$130,000 DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing patent applications
- Monitor docket and keep attorneys updated on key dates
- Preparing responses to Office Actions
- Corresponding with foreign counsels
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience as a Patent Prosecution Paralegal in a law firm
