Patent Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid
Beacon Hill Legal is searching for a Patent Litigation Paralegal for a major law firm's Midtown Manhattan office. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.
This person should have at least 6 years of patent litigation experience. ITC court experience is preferred but not required. The salary for this role will range between $120,000-$160,000.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting court documents
- Managing the discovery process
- Preparing trial binders and materials
- Assisting attorneys during trial
Qualifications:
- BA/BS
- 6+ years Patent Litigation Experience or similar
- ITC experience preferred but not required
